I need the easiest and cheapest way to convert big video files into small clips that I can uplaod onto youtube and other places. I also definately need to do the same with dvd's and even vhs tapes. I need to know if I need any equipment to transfer the dvd's or tapes to my computer. I am a complete novice; so I need the easiest to understand way possible.
