Hello,

I just recovered from Police pro virus and computer is working now. However i've noticed that I have two unknown devices in my device manager window. Some window video files will not play. A window pops up saying windows media player encountered a problem and gives me a link to go to their website. When I do to the link it tells me the error encountered was COOD11B1. There it mentions issues about updating my drivers, which they are updated. tells me to look in device manager under sound and everything is fine there as well. My pc can play music and sound with no problem however some videos will not play and some new videos play while others will not play.

please help.
