Can't Start "Routing and Remote Access"

Hi there,
I'm unable to start the "Routing and Remote Access" service in services.msc in Windows Vista SP-1. Any services I would it expect it to be dependent on should be running also. I have ran SFC / SCANNOW and this did not resolve the problem. If anybody has any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.

See the error message attached.
