hi:

When i start the setup of battlefield vietnam and its almost completed (Install Shield Wizard) an error appears it is like this:

"A support installation file

C:/Windows/.../..../Temp/.../{823if-..../isrt.dll
could not be installed

Access is denied"

I am running Windows xp professional and have gforce 5500 video card.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
