Water Cooling Questions

I might buy a water cooling setup sooner or later and wanted to know what is good on the market nowadays.
Mobo: ASUS Rampage Extreme
Case: CM HAF 922
My loop is like this:
Pump out -> GPU -> NB -> motherboard waterblock (used for SB cooling) -> CPU -> Radiator -> Reservoir -> Pump in
What parts would you recommend for this setup? If you think that the NB and SB cooling is unnecessary then tell me. Looking for the best bang for my buck, and don't want to spend too much for a slight temp improvement.

Your best bet is to PM James and see if he can pop back in. I've never had any experience with watercooling yet.
