Excel Internet Link Problem

I use spreadsheets with a column for links to the internet. I'm not sure what is done to these spreadsheets before they get to me. Occassionally, when you mouse over these links, a different link appears in the yellow box over it, and then clicking takes you to that different address.

Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
