Okay so the issue is I used NewSID because I was trying to pirate an application, simple. But when I tried to restart there were no users at the login screen and I tried logging in by classic login screen and nothing. Safe modes no go. Nothing. Is there anyway to fix this I cannot access anything on the pc period. Please I need to atleast be able to get the files off of the computer!!! Thanks in advanced!

NewSID is a very dangerous program. As you've now discovered.
It's used primarily in disk cloning situations for new installations - install, take a copy of, build and then use this so all the cloned computers don't end up with the same ID tags. It's not designed for what you've used it for.

Realistically your best bet now would be to simply connect the hard drive to another computer, copy off what you need, hope it hasn't purged anything, then put it back in your computer and wipe it and put a new copy of Windows on it. It sounds like the program has wiped records of the existing accounts that a repair isn't going to fix.

You need an external Hard drive Caddy or a docking station;

Examples are;
