Hotspot Shield doesn't load pages

Hello,
Two days ago I downloaded Hotspot Shield so I could play Mabinogi. It worked okay til today, now it takes a VERY long time to connect, and when it does the pages don't load.

I use Vista (not 64-bit).

Help, please?
