My AVG Free alerted me to the Trojan horse Generic14.BXRW on my system today. My scan is still running and I haven't tried to remove it yet. I'm see that there are a lot of requests out there for Generic14 but they all have different extensions than mine is showing (.BXRW). I thought I should ask for help before I get in too deep and can't contact anyone. Can you help me with removing this? I would appreciate any assistance.

Sorry - I should read the welcome message first. I followed the instructions at http://www.geekstogo...uide-t2852.html and was able to remove all instances of the trojan horse (there were 42 infected files). I'm glad that I found and followed that before trying to do anything else. Thanks so much.
