My screen turns black when i start CoD

Hello Whenever i try to start Call of duty2 or call of duty 4 the screen turns black for like 15 minutes during the 15 minutes im waiting i can hear all the sounds but just cant see anything This only happens when i try to play Call of duty2 or 4 The other games that i have dont have this problem and these problems didn't start happening when i bought the game but a while later. I really dont know what to do. Please help.Thanks

Hello jdasoccaboy and welcome to G2G!

Have you changed your graphics card recently? If so this might cause the issue. Try updating your hardware drivers and reinstalling the games. After installing the games test them before installing the latest patch.
