I have a mecer 755si4 laptop which has all its UBS ports not working.

Urgent help is needed.

Hi Biggssoft and welcome to Geeks to Go.

Lets start by looking in device manager for any yellow ? or red !.

Go to start....run and type in devmgmt.msc and hit ok.
Look for any errors.
