FOR SOME REASON I CANT GET PAST HER WINDOWS ERROR RECOVER SCREEN AND NONE OF MY KEY WILL WORK? JUST MY MOUSE BUT IT IS NOT FUNCTIONABLE FROM THIS SCREEN
