I had been receive assistance from Rorshach112 in the malware forum and he redirected me here after several attempts to fix the problems I was encountering as it now has turned technical. Hopefully someone here can help!

When i start my computer normally i receive a blue screen error reading :
***STOP: 0X0000007E (0X80000003, 0X805B8424, 0XF79BE2B8, 0XFF79BCFB4)

Additionally- any attempt to start in safe mode is met with a blue screen error as well:

***STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, OX805A55EB, 0XF7AOD578, 0X00000000)

Any help would be great. Fortunately I have another laptop I can use to communicate for now.
Thank you for taking the time to assist me

Also i have a Dell Latitude D610 running xp

It appears i have resolved the issue by running the original XP disk to clean reinstall. i can now get into my computer and barring any further error i believe this is fixed.
