If your date and time are changing like this, it will usually mean your cmos battery may be low or it is dead.
For about 5 dollars you can replace it. You will then need to rest bios up to put the right date and time in.
Make sure you save before you exit.

The motherboard has a battery on it that looks like the one below. This is the cmos battery and they do get weak over time and do need to be replaced.
The first signs of it failing is time not holding in windows and then the bios will start losing settings.

We don't check pc's using this log in this forum. This is for the malware forum only. Is there a specific issue you are having besides the date and time?

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum. If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Add a link to this topic so that malware tech can see what steps have been taken here

Changing this battery will give the bios the capability of keeping the correct time and date.
The shutdown problem could be due to the cmos battery also.
What we need to determine is first what steps need to be taken and in what order. I suggest the following..
  • Change Cmos battery
  • Set the bios up with the correct time and date making sure to save settings and exit
  • If problem is still happening then follow the malware suggestion to make sure we are not dealing with some type of infection

Make of the battery is not a problem as long as it is the right type.
If need to be take the battery out and take it with you when you go to purchase a new one.
This way the sales associate can match it up to the correct one.
