Hi,
At the time the screenshot was taken, the memory usage is quite low. You can see that something had been using quite a bit of it, and the CPU was being throttled a bit also.
Could you please post your system specs as per the instructions in this thread:

i seemed to have spotted whats the problem...

i went on the CPU tab and there i found out that im using a pentium 2 processor... almos all my games say ther need P4 or better

I'm not really following.
Your CPU is a Core 2 Duo but your computer says its a Pentium II?

i user cpu-z aand it said my CPU is a intel core duo so its just a bug in the program
