How do I connect friends to my server on Virtual Server 2005 RS?

Is there a way I can get my friends online and we can send projects to each other, or maybe even give them all different accounts and I'm the only who who can view what they are doing and they can't see what one guy is doing on the server by showing what's on his screen. Is there a way to accomplish this?
