Loopback in Vista ?

In order to get some of my old software running I have installed Virtual PC on my Vista based computer. I also wanted to install Microsoft Loopback Adapter I cannot see if Vista supports the Microsoft Loopback Adapter, does anyone know if it is available on Vista?.
