I am receiving these error messages while im running tests on IDE Disk s/nY2LC0P3E on my Dell desktop

0F00:0244
Block 164862 Uncorrectable data error or media is write protected.

0F00:0240
Block 168646

0F00:1344
Block 164862: Uncorrectable data error or media is write protected

0F001340
Block: 198646: Address mark not found or media error

What does all these errors mean? Is my hard drive fried? If not What can I do to fix it?
