Hi. I have a lot of services like that, but I have no idea what they are, they take up quite a lot of Memory? anyway, Is there any way to get rid of them or is this how it should be?

you do not want to disable any services. it will mess up your computer. leave them all alone. google this; vista services guide ' then tap on this website for explanation of each ' SPEEDYVISTA.COM . you can also go to www.askvg.com scroll down to;make windows vista super fast: tap on it then scroll down to tip #4. that should be all you need . another excellent forum is www.vistax64.com.
