case Any suggestions?

looking for positive airflow (ATX) mid tower
I want to add filter on incoming air on case exterior for easy access (commercial - panty hose – drier sheets etc) looks not a problem
clear side with fan directed to cpu
may need extra fans because of reduced airflow.
Don’t want to spend a bunch of money. Looks not important. Will not be moving computer around.
Would a temperature display be advisable?
Would like under $100.00
