Hello all, thank you for your time. I am having difficulties opening up a port for my uTorrent on my WBR-2310 wireless router. When I attempt to manually open the port, nothing happens. I ran a test at www.canyouseeme.org on port 6501, and got this:

Error: I could not see your service on 71.7.x.x on port (6501)
Reason: Connection refused

Happy to give any information needed to help me with my problem, thank you all for your time and help.

Nah...you simply click on your modem type and you follow instructions from there.

Alright, followed the steps, manually forwarded the port number I use for uTorrent, clicked Save, and it says settings saved. When i go back to uTorrent, and use its feature to test if the port is forwarded properly (http://www.utorrent....tport?port=80(I am currently using Port 80)) it says that the port does not appear to be open. This is my problem.

Unfortunately, helping with P2P programs is against this board policy, so I have to close this topic.
