I recently tried to play a DVD on my laptop but it wouldn't work. I went to My Computer and the CD-Rom is not showing up at all. It won't play any DVD's, CD-Roms, CDs or anything. I know it was working at least a month or two ago, but for some reason it's dead now. I tried the System Restore, but that won't work either.
Below is the error I get when I go to Device Manager. :tazz:

Any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks.
