please help, cant download and get on pages

:) :) im on Internet Explorer,I cannot use firefox, even though its onmy desktop it wont load up :)

:) also evrytime i try toodownload ANYTHING it says cant doitthissite is unavalable please try later.....AAGGHHHH

:) Also forexample when i go andsigninto my windowsliveidit comesup thispageisunavailable??????? it does it with someother pages too :) :) please please :) :) help as i am a beginner u can even log on as me wiv logmeon.com :) . ......thanks so much to all who can help me, clueless num 1 (Leanne) x ;P
