Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 Serice Pack 1 Security for Windows CP (and other OS) did not install. (KBP53297) That is the message I get over and over again. Everyday, I am notified that an update is available and it is this one that will not install. What is wrong? Here is a basic outline of my computer:

I keep getting automatic notices that updates are ready to install, but this one will not work. I am running WinXP Here is what I have and hopefully someone can help me. I've also included a pic of the problem warning that comes up:
