Unable to get a system restore point

I have followed all the instructions on G2G malware removal. Here are my logs. When I boot, this window comes up on the desk top. Loadlibrary("C\Documents and settings\All users\Application Data\TKPIRMZC.dll")failed. The specified module could not be found. Also, after following all G2G malware instructions, when I try to do a system restore I get this message. The application failed to initialize properly(Oxc0000135)click on ok to terminate.I ran the malware program twice. Second time showed clean.
