hi, i am new to this forum. I just bought a new nvidia 9500 gt 1 gig ddr2 card from dell. After installing the device and driver and updates ,everything went ok.Till i restarted my computer to show me a screen of death (blue screen) saying: "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer".error:oxoooooo8E. here's some info: dell 530 ,quad core, 2.4 gig, 4 gig ram, 32 bits, vista home premium, service pack 2. thanks

Remove card, re-enable on-board video in BIOS and see, if computer boots.
If so, return the card.

Dell (XPS, Dimension, Inspiron, Latitude. OptiPlex, Precision, Vostro): Press F2 When Dell Logo Is Displayed Until “Entering Setup” Appears
Dell (Older 486 Models): Press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Enter] During Boot
Dell (Some Models): Press Reset Button Twice (i.e. Power Reset Button)
Dell Dimension L566cx System: Press [Del]
Dell (Older Laptop Models) : Press [Fn]+[Esc] or [Fn]+[F1]
