Overclocking problem

Hai guys.any of you overclocked the athlonx2 4000 with asus m2n mx se?there's no options in the bios.an amd oc section is there but the max setting is 10.5 multiplier(which is again the max 2.1ghz that i am having).i downloaded the amd overdrive but it works with 7 series chipset(it shows like that).my configuration is shown below. amd athlon x2 4000 2.1ghz. Ram-2gb,512mb-800mhz.
Geforce9400gt 1gig
Please do reply.i am not much good in these things.so any suggestions would be helpful.
