I have an Emachine keyboard ,it works sometimes ,other times it locks caps when it wants and i havent control over them,What can i do? <_<

Admin is right <_< Its most likely your keyboard is starting to go this is a known problem with emachines :D The key board that come with them are not a well built keyboard I would go and buy a new one just make sure you install the drivers that come with it.
