What would be the best motherboard for this configuration... (im currently thinking about this one )

Case

PSU

CPU

GPU

RAM

HDD

Optical

Monitor

I am on a budget so nothing too outlandish

You already got a keyboard and mouse? Speakers? OS?

The motherboard looks like a pretty nice choice. Just make sure everything's in stock, the graphics card wasn't any more.
