Keyboard and Mouse not working after moving computer

I moved my Dell desktop computer and monitor - then reconneted everything. However, the mouse and keyboard won't work. I had a Logitech wireless mouse and the error message was it wasn't supported so I connected a different mouse and keyboard - still won't pick them up.
