Computer doesn't come on, no power?

One other thing...my ethernet port does not work. Right now I am connected using my wireless usb adapter. What could that be?

Please Go to
1: STARTand the click on RUN
2: Type in devmgmt.msc
3: Click Enter
4. Look for any entries with Yellow Exclamation ! marks or Red X's
To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop
Attach it to your next reply

OK you need to load the Motherboard chipset drivers This should take care of the problem. If you go a drivers disk for the motherboard they will be there. If not we will have to find it.

I did that already from the cd. It says it is installed. but it doesn't work.

What is the make and model of oyur system or motherboard? I will see if there is a newer chipset driver available.
