I'm so bewildered, I really don't know what went wrong. All I know is that I turned my stupid computer on and a message appeared stating that an error or problem was detected and gave me a four options: Safe Mode, Safe Mode with command prompt, Last known configuration, and start normal. All options are taking me to the blue screen. The blue screen lists a bunch of 0's: 0x00000024, 0x00190203, 0x81b4b4a8, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000. What do these mean and how do I resolve the problem?? I'm so upset since all my work is my computer and I can't log in to at least save them. If you have any info at all that might assist me please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks.
