Email text is all fuzzy? Help!

Hi,
When I open an email that arrived to day it diplays all wrong.
Even while I am writing now my text is all fuzzy.
However in the topic title it displays perfectly.
And if I opn an email from yesterday it is fine too.

This also happened on another website i posted a message on.

Anyone any idea what is going on?

Is it to do with the web or my fonts or what?

Please help me asap.

Sorry if its in the wrong section it might be a windows vista problem!
