Hi guys,

First of all I need to apologist if I'm doing this wrong and if I am can someone please direct me to what I need to do?

My desktop stared acting up and I don't know if is infected. Started by not been able to watch video. Java script off or System protection does not allow ActiveX controls error appear. I have BufferZone and I tried to download an update and the installation stops and Windows installer says "System administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I tried to follow the cleaning guide instructions but i can't download any of the programs (TFC,ERUNT, MBAM etc.) Please Help!!
