Hi

I don't want to complain but I posted details of my problem on 10th November -

I'm not sure if I have done something wrong or posted the wrong things at the wrong time in the wrong place but it's now 20th November and I've heard nothing.

I understand that you are busy but an acknowledgement of my posts would be appreciated.
