I can't point to any solution, but at least Event Viewer gives us some starting points.
You have to take a note of programs, you have open, when you put your computer to sleep.
They would be first possible culprits of your problem.
Event Viewer show us, basically, 3 kind of errors:
1. IE
2. "MCSTRM service failed to start" - most likely, we're talking about mcstrm.sys, which is part of of some RealNetworks program (Real Player?)
3. "The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for Type with the following error: Access is denied" - some program/process is trying to access registry and the access is denied; could be a firewall, antivirus....
I hope, the above will give you some more info to play wiyh.

Hi.
i have the same problem.
Luckily I got answer from the cmd line. As I understand the problem is with the device in USB. I don't have any device in USB connected. Where and how I can find out what that is?

C:\>powercfg -lastwake
