Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if I am in the right forum, but I need a recommendation on a new inexpensive printer. Here are my requirements:

-Monochrome
-Laser (or inkjet of the ink happens to be cheaper than toner per page)
-Network ready (Ethernet or wireless)
-Compatible with Windows and Mac

It is mainly used for printing out sample test pages for artwork and simple documents so the quality (dpi resolution...?) doesn't matter.

I have been searching around for about a month now, and the cheapest printer I have found that fits my requirements is the Brother HL-2170W but it's still too expensive. I was looking for something in the sub-$100 range.

I realize that I may be asking a lot for the amount I want to spend, but I was just wondering if anyone knew of a printer that I might have overlooked.

Thanks in advance! :)
