Yesterday my anti virus software provided by network was not functioning properly. Internet was functioning but slow. I was not able to send e-mail with attachments due to the anti virus software problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the CA Security Suite on the advise of the network provider. Now my Internet explorer is not functioning at all. I attempted to seek assistance from them again, and they are now stating it's not the software it's Internet Explorer and suggested I uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer. I would appreciate any tech advise I can get, as I am at my wits end. :)

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a OTListIt2 log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a OTListIt2 log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
