New pc 2 weeks ago. Everything works fine but cant load the black friday ad. Comes up with just a white screen. Everything else in the world loads and have no other problems. 2 other pc's with xp load it fine on my network. I have tried to disable everything but maybe I am missing something. This isnt a bad problem but just drives me nuts.

Hello schutz2016 and welcome to Geeks to Go!

The Black Friday ad uses Adobe Flash Player. Please download the plug-in and the active-x

Let me know if this works

exactly.. Sometimes Needs Help > is correct there.. They might be plug ins that is not installed yet. Check the link he provided.
Or you may want to install Adobe products. They are the best so far..

I have this same problem. I have regular windows 7, on a sony vaio. It's not the black friday ad, it's just the weekly ad for walmart. I don't have any problem with kmart or target. I can see the walmart online items, just not the weekly ad.

try this:

1. Open IE
2. Tools
3. Compatibity Settings
4. Add www.walmart.com to the compatibility list

Now try to view www.walmart.com.

second option:

http://windows.micro...ternet-Explorer
