Dear Fellow Sufferers

I am experiencing 100% CPU usage mostly when I view any streaming video, use Skype or even at present while I am typing this message to you. The effect is catastrophic.

I use Kaspersky AV and Firewall.
My Explorer 8, XP, AV, Spyware and firewall are fully updated with nothing found.

I have attached a HijackThis logfile for consideration and if there is anyone that could help, I would be most gratefull.
