SO I am building a computer (last build was 10 years ago). I purchased a barebones kit, and the motherboard comes with on board graphics (Asus M2N68-AM SE2 µATX) and I bought a EVGA 9500 GT. When I build this computer do I install everything at the same time? Do I wait to install the video card after i boot and load the OS? This is the only thing I am unsure of, any help is greatly appreciated.

Stick the card in at the same time, most boards by default will disable onboard graphics when they find a separate one in use.
