I wonder if you can help me?I have recently tried the Firefox browser out to see if i liked it.Having decided that i did,i tried to import my settings, favourites etc over from Internet Exploer using the file/import feature in the Firefox browser.
In a box headed "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" I got the following error msg.

Runtime Error
Program c:\program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe
abnormal program termination

Has anybody come across this problem, and do they have a solution ?

Any advice would be very welcome

Many thanks
