At this present time I'm am coming to you from my iPhone and do not have any other access to another computer. I am stuck and cannot find a way to clean my computer. I was on my laptop yesterday, December 1, in the morning and surfing Internet and antivirus system pro started popping up and asked to search my computer for viruses. I was already doing a "webroot" sweep as that is my antivirus software. Unfortunately, I began the sweep and it has of course downloaded all of it's crap on my computer. When I access the internet, it takes me straight to the Amtivirus System Pro website ready for me to "purchase their package" I am nor able to surf anything on the web. I am able to use my windows applications, but am afraid to do anything. I tried to back-up my files but unfortunately continue running into bumps in the road because my system is "not responding" or the virus pops up and stops the process.

I have tried to find any strands on the task manager and all I find in the "process" screen is:

csrss.exe
explorer.exe
taskmgr.exe
unsecapp.exe
winlogon.exe
wmpnscfg.exe

I am unable to go any further and I need help gettig my computer back online. This is my work computer so I am pretty despasate and need this issue resolved as soon as you can help. Thanks for any help given....
