Having trouble with wireless drivers on windows xp

Hey guys I own a E-system EI 3103. I recently reformated it from windows vista to xp.

After this my wireless internet does not appear to work. When i look in my device manager i have a big yellow question mark next to something called 802.11bg WLAN. Which i assume is what i need to fix.
However i have no idea how.

I am completly not tech savvy. So please bear with me.

please help desperatly need wireless for work.
