Cant load certain web sites

Unable to load certain web sites or they take a long time.

Sites like www.smh.com.au
or if U google something and then try an open it, it takes ages or bombs out.

Other days I can log on and get the above web sites to work.

Any help please.

getting web site found please wait or just get the bars down the botom of the screen.
