Hi Guys,
Got a bit of a weird problem, well it appears weird to me! I have quite an old laptop, which travels with me. Usually, I have no problem connecting to various wireless networks, but recently there has been problems.

Let me give you an example. There is one Hotel I stop in regularly, they have free Wi-Fi and no Network key. I was there last week, and the connection went down (other people were using it as well at that time). Ever since then even though my Computer finds the Network, and there is a signal it refuses to connect!! It is set as Automatic connnection, but what ever I do (including the old re-start!!) I cannot connect, when others have no problem.

There is another Network I use, that will only connect once I re-start the computer!!

Any ideas? I have tried removing them from the prefered Network list, Manual & Automatic connections but it makes no difference. Is there anything I can do?

Is there some sort of conflict or anything that I need to clear?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Gregg
