I used CleanUp! 4.0 to clean up my hard drive as I thought I had a few viruses.

I have a file on my hard drive called. c:/temp

Within this folder I had a few folders and files that have been deleted.

Is there any way or a program that you know I could use to try and get these back.

They have also gone from my recycle bin too as there are no files at all in here.

Please help
