Uninstalling programs

I have tried to uninstall adobecs4 on my computer i went to control panel and uninstall/repair programs.. for some odd reason this program will not uninstall. what happens is i click on the button and it does absolutely nothing no matter how many times i click on the button..

how do i fix this?

also i try to delete registeryboot and it tells me that its not on my computer yet it comes up when i start my laptop and it shows in the programs

how do i fix my laptop to like it was when i first got it?
