Okay, I thought my cpu should run at 2.6GHZ but how come it only runs at 1.9GHZ?
Is something wrong with my cpu?? mobo maybe??

That's normal. It is a power saving feature. I think Intel calls it SpeedStep. When the full processing power isn't required, it will automatically throttle it. Try running a program and see what happens.
