I was wondering if someone might be able to assist me in figuring out why I can only boot with the last known good configuration.
not real sure of what you might need to know but am more than willing to answer any questions, or run any tasks that you might require.
any and all help will be greatly appericated

In MY Computer right click local disk C. Click properties > tool > error checking > check now. Check the two boxes and click Start. Reboot the computer and let the process run to the end without interruption.
